Thanks to the support from people like you, we are helping people experiencing homelessness find paths off the streets.  Even after they are moved into stable housing, we continue to walk alongside them as they learn to succeed and become thriving members of our community.

• Transport to temporary shelter
• Obtain mental and physical evaluations
• Initiate treatment plans for ailments
• Enroll in a health care plan
• Conduct housing assessments
• Make arrangements for detox and rehab facilities
• Obtain medicine and medical help
• Purchase much needed items for move ins
• Provide life skills training
• Connect with job readiness and job training programs
